4 Am-again-again-again to the ridiculous power

Day 248

So, it is 4 am once again. This time there is an inflatable bed on my floor and a girl trying to sleep on it. Apparently, when you end your first year of a writing program you must have all sorts of parties and they will go until all hours of the morning and people will sleep in your room without you actually getting laid, but you will be drunk enough to not care. This will mean that you have fires on the beach and sand permanentaly up the crack of your ass and that will be okay.

Let's just say that my hair still smells like bonfire and there are already photos up on the internet of how stupid I was all night. There is something I super hate about that. At least I know that I am not the girl who is spending her entire evening posting photos of drunk people online. I think that is supposed to make me feel better about things.

The only thing I remember from today, besides my friends nearly puking on the stairs from the beach, is that I stole a ton of music from somebody in my building over I-Tunes today. And by that I mean that I just listened to their music, I am not yet crafty enough to actually steal their music and make it my own. But, I sort of feel like I should go and thank him for sharing his tunes with me, except he is someone I fell out of touch with almost inexplicably now, and somehow the line: "Hey, I am stealing your music, how have you been?" sounds a tad awkward.

The only other thing I remember from today is that I went into a comic book store and asked the man working, "Hey, do you have Fart Party Volume 2?" and it didn't sound totally awkward. Not only didn't it sound that awkard, but the amazing guy working there and I had entire conversations about Peter Bagge and Aaron Cometbus. And, to think that anyone would say that the guys who work in comic book stores are too nerdy to have social lives. Seriously, if that dude wasn't 55 years old, I would've married him.

Tip of the Day: Skillz like rolling things up into papers will never leave you no matter how long it's been, hopefully the same is true with sex.
